Industry Qualitative Kare Group (IQ Kare)
Industry Qualitative Kare Group (IQ Kare) is a mission-driven healthcare and housing organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness, chronic illness, or post-hospitalization instability. We provide recuperative care services and compassionate, coordinated support to help people recover, stabilize, and transition to long-term wellness and housing.
IQ Kare currently serves Service Planning Areas (SPAs) 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 in Los Angeles County, as well as Riverside and San Bernardino Counties, with a bold vision to expand nationwide. Our services include:
• Enhanced Care Management (ECM)
• Community Supports
• Recuperative (Medical Respite) Care
• Whole-Person Case Coordination
• Housing Navigation and Transitional Support
Through strong partnerships with hospitals, managed care plans, and public agencies, we bridge the gap between acute care and sustainable community reintegration. Our programs are designed to meet people where they are—physically, medically, and emotionally—while guiding them toward recovery and housing stability.
At IQ Kare, we believe that health begins with safety, dignity, and connection. We don’t just provide care—we build pathways to a better life.
